Reliable Wireless Diagnostics Without the Mess of Cables
The SERVTEC Wireless Diagnostic Adapter provides a seamless, cable-free way to access detailed diagnostics from your Pylontech US2000, US3000, and US5000 series batteries. Ideal for both home users and professionals, it replaces traditional wired diagnostic cables by offering a long-range wireless connection powered by a standard 5V USB supply.
Install the unit near your battery (even in a loft or outbuilding), and it will wirelessly transmit data to your PC or server via your home network, or in point to point mode βno more USB cables trailing across the house.
βοΈ How It Works
The adapter connects directly to your batteryβs console port and sends diagnostic data over Wi-Fi. It requires aΒ 5V, 1A USB power supply, which can be provided by:
- A standard USB power adapter, or
- Our optional DC-DC converter (for 48V battery systems)
It supports both wireless client mode (connects to your home Wi-Fi) and hotspot mode (broadcasts its own network), giving you flexible remote access from:
- PC or laptop (via virtual COM port software)
- Raspberry Pi
- Smartphones (using terminal apps like JuiceSSH or Serial WiFi Terminal)
- Mac, running virtual box, dual boot or parallel.
β Compatible with Type B and Type C Battery Ports
The kit includes cables compatible with both B-series and C-series Pylontech models, including: US2000, US2000+, US2000B, US2000C, US3000, US3000+, US3000B, US3000C & US5000

I can highly recommend this device - i purchased the new wifi version and instal was a breeze using Ben Allen's comprehensive pdf instruction guide. The home assistant integration is a little more complicated, i am hoping for a custom integration to be released via HACS to make the process simple..
The virtual COM installation was an absolute breeze thanks to the excellent instructions provided. I had the device up and running quickly without any hiccups. Both Battery View and MultiSIB are working great . Itβs well-designed, super easy to install, and the documentation is spot-on. Really impressed β well done!
