Important Note:
Due to a chip shortage during the COVID period, some battery models were produced with different BMS chipsets. As a result, multiple firmware versions exist. To ensure compatibility and avoid further issues, we require your battery’s serial number to verify the correct BMS revision. We’ll then send you the most up-to-date, confirmed firmware specific to your model.
