Is your Pylontech battery no longer reaching 100% State of Charge (SOC)?
Do the SOC LEDs never fully illuminate, or is one battery consistently going into alarm while others remain healthy? These are common signs of cell imbalance — a problem we fix regularly, with at least two similar repairs each week.

This issue often arises during the winter months when low solar input and prolonged low SOC (around 20%) cause the internal cell voltages to drift. The passive balancing circuit in Pylontech batteries only activates above 88% SOC, meaning minor differences in internal resistance (IR) between cells can become amplified over time.

After purchase, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to arrange collection. Please ensure your battery is securely packed in the original box.
