3.2V 25Ah LFP pouch Cell for Pylontech US2000 / US2000C battery with compatible capacity, max discharge rate and cycle life.

The Pylontech US2000 (B & C) consists of three cell packs.

• Each pack contains 10 × 25Ah pouch cells, arranged in a 2P5S configuration.
• When combined, the three packs form a 2P15S battery system.
• Capacity calculation: 25Ah × 3.2V = 80Wh per cell, ×2 (parallel) = 160Wh per group, ×15 (series) = ≈2.4kWh total capacity.

⚠️ Important Notes

• These are bare cells and must be voltage-matched with the neighbouring cells before installation.
• Due to the design of the original pack, it is recommended to replace cells in pairs.
  When removing old cells, be aware that heat from adjacent cells can damage the tab seals and may lead to electrolyte leakage.

🛠️ Equipment Needed for Replacement

To safely remove and replace a pouch cell in a Pylontech module, you’ll need:

• 100 W soldering iron (recommended: Weller W101D)
• Solder sucker
• Large diameter solder wick (for de-soldering)
• Solder flux + solder
• Insulation tape (to protect neighbouring cells from short circuits during removal)
• Sharp scalpel knife
• Tin snips or sharp scissors to adjust tab length
• Adjustable bench power supply (for balancing cell voltages before installation)
• Digital volt meter (for verification and testing)
